Hapki-Seon Principle

When you train Hapki-sun with mind and body, you should perform in order as concentrate, observe and realize. Try to draw the way how universe moves and follow that motion. Every laws of movement moves by gravity. Universe to Sun, Earth, Moon and Planet itself moves by its own gravity. When Olympic figure player Yuna Kim triple spins, the spin sticks to central point and when the spin finish, it comes back to original state in rotary motion. When you twist straw rope, the first part of rope centers and it make possible to twist. When you untie, you have to re-spin as much as you twist in the first place. Also when you twist the wet towel, it balances and dewater by twisting. If you hold a stick with two hands and turn hands, both body and arms are twisted. When your body is balanced, we call it as Stretch, and when body is stopped then we call it Yoga. Hapki-sun has action connection of circle which make possible to train Yoga and qigong. Hapki-sun is interaction exercise which you can train through SNS and video call even if your friends or families are far away. Hapki-sun is especially good for those patients who need to exercise for rehabilitation. Also appropriate for old men whose bodies are inconvenient. Hapki-sun is good for earreflexology, menopause, frozen shoulder and melancholiac.
Our body is a part of the universe. In that sense we develop as do the spring, summer, autumn, and winter seasons.
When you are experiencing menopause and old age, you are reincarnating as a part of nature.
In the universe when animals feed, then in turn become plants as part of the natural cycle; plants are eaten again, as water and fire circulate in the air.
Plants suck water and nutrients from the roots and are pulled up in an spiral motion. Even the leaves are subjected to the sun (fire) to purify them.
People too, breathe, grow and develop, until they eventually die as a part of this natural cycle.
Our body's gravitational energy, which gathers in the Danjeon, circulates that energy. When we are no longer young, we don't have as much vitality, we grow out of power. As a result when we grow older, our muscles become stiff. When we lose our health, we die.
If you want to live healthier and longer, breathing exercises, mindfulness, and proper stretching will not only relieve your muscles, but increase the quality and quantity of your life.
Hapki-seon is a system of generating that form of positive energy. If you look at the Korean flag, you will see a dual colored circle. That is called EUM YANG. It is similar to the Chinese Yin Yang.
